Hi folks,
It's been a LONG time! I'd really like to hear about what you all are up to. Here's an update from me:
I'm married, with two little girls, Mia (4) and Ava (20 months). When Mia was born I quit my job as a health policy analyst, and became a stay-at-home mom. Peter was working long, stressful hours as VP of Technology of a government contractor in Manassas. He quit his job last year, and we moved to Blacksburg, VA to join a Cohousing neighborhood. This isn't as weird as the name suggests-- it's just a neighborhood designed to make it easier for neighbors to know each other and have friendships, like small towns used to be. We love it-- our kids are friends with kids of all ages and we have a lot of fun.
Since moving here, Peter has been the stay-at-home parent and I've been back at work, telecommuting to the same job I've had since graduating college. It's been an adjustment but the kids adore him. I'm only working 30 hours so I have a lot of time with the girls as well.
Well, that's enough for now. I hope you're all doing well.
Molly

I think you meant to link to cohousing.org, not .com, for the national site. Congratulations, and welcome!
