Hey all! I love that everyone is posting. Things are going okay here. Jake still is a very bad sleeper. Maggie has settled down a bit and has been really sweet lately. The other day she told me that I was her best friend. Cheryl--love the pictures! You look the same. Leigh--what type of bank is your husband opening? It's so good to hear from everyone. Keep in touch! I sent invites to Stacy, Angela and Lindsey but I haven't heard back from them. Anyone else you'd like to invite?

hello! it's cheryl again. these are the photos that i tried unsuccessfully to post last time. karaoke night and also fun times w/ my students in kenya, plus one from our trip last dec to cali wine country. so you'll recognize me if we ever run into each other on the street! it's actually funny, turns out that one of the girls from my hall on 3w my senior year (they were not as cool as you guys, especially with that whole prostitution fiasco) works (or rather, worked, she quit last week), with my beau corey. i barely recognized her like the first 3 times i ran into her . . . anyhow, i'm happy to see that you all are doing so well-- if busy! my summers always feel the same way, between weddings and gardening "obligations," and other things. plus corey lives about 3 blocks from rfk stadium so it seems like every weekend that there's a game, we're hosting a bbq (let me know if you guys are ever in the 'hood). anyhow, i'm headed down to durham for my brother's graduation on friday-- on the way down i'm popping through arlington to visit my friend jenny (do you remember the RA from 1W?), who just had a baby girl named amelia last week and i am so excited to meet her! so, that's all the news to report for today-- love the blog, and congrats to all the new mommies and aunties out there! cheryl xox

Hey Girls! It's been awhile....hope everyone is doing well! Thought I would check-in. Big news in the Brabrand household (no, not pregnant). Jonathan has quit his job to start his own investment bank with a former colleague. I'm extremely nervous - it means $0 income for about a year, assuming that they get a client soon! In the meantime, we're enjoying 5 weeks with him until he starts up in June. Unfortunately, Lauren has REALLY gotten used to his being home alot and I know it will be hard on her when he goes back to work.

We've been really busy the past month or two. I've hosted 2 baby showers, one bridal shower, and attended another bridal shower. Last weekend we traveled to Salem for my grandfather's wedding. We've also got two more weddings in the next 3 weeks - Lauren is the flower girl in both!
