Hey, Kids! Haven't seen an update in a while, but I figured this was a good way to get the word out. My sister is pregnant! Just call me Auntie Heather! Jo (as many of you may remember) is a crazy stick-figure of a sister, and I am having a great time hearing about her Taco Bell bean burrito cravings. The baby is due in November, and just today she and her husband Sean heard the heartbeat at a doc's appointment. The doc said it was a perfect little lima bean. But I'm still calling it Spawn (at least until the child is born - you know how siblings can get).

The best part? We are both in a wedding over Labor Day weekend in Niagra-on-the-Lake, in Canada. The dress? A halter with an empire waist and narrow skirt. It looks kinda horrendous on ME, and I can't wait to see what it'll look like on a 6.5-month pregnant Johanna. She's gonna have to order the dress 17 sizes too big, and get major alterations done. And we gotta schlep to Buffalo and points north. It's gonna be a crazy summer!
